COCKPIT SIMULATOR STRUCTURES
Cockpit simulator structures have been produced to interface with customer control and display panels. These structures are made using metal and/or composites materials and simulate aircraft cockpits in all visual and ergonomic respects.
COCKPIT ESCAPE SYSTEMS SLED TEST
ATI has designed, analyzed, and fabricated cockpit escape system sled test articles.
These Sled Test Article were produced using cost effective "best commercial practices" for repeated testing at Martin-Baker’s and US government’s sled test facilities.
FINISH APPLICATION MOCKUPS
ATI produces Finish Application Mockups (FAM) that accurately represents the full-scale outside mold line (OML) of the aircraft with a smooth and durable external surface finish.
The FAM is constructed using materials that are durable and will not be adversely affected by repeated paint application and removal. ATI’s design approach provides minimum deflection and can be easily disassembled, transported, and reassembled.
