COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
ATI FACILITY ACCESS
President Biden’s efforts to bolster COVID-19 vaccination rates, including mandates for government contractors and employers with more than 100 employees, requires Advanced Technologies Incorporated (ATI) to adopt policy / protocols that align with those actions.
Concurrent with ATI requirements, supplier personnel are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Federal Contractors:
Suppliers that are federal contractors and/or whose purchase order includes Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.223-99 or equivalent DFAR flow down, must ensure compliance with the September 9, 2021 Executive Order 14042 on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors and its September 24, 2021 guidance published by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force. These requirements, including that contractor employees be fully vaccinated, are applicable regardless of whether personnel come on-site to ATI’s facility.
Supplier Personnel Other Than Those Identified as Federal Contractors:
Proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of coming on-site will be required beginning December 8, 2021. Proof of vaccination or official test record must be presented upon arrival on-site at ATI’s facility.
Individuals who are not fully vaccinated must wear a mask indoors and in certain outdoor settings regardless of the community transmission in the area. To the extent practicable, individuals who are not fully vaccinated should maintain a distance of at least six feet from others at all times, including in offices, conference rooms, and all other communal spaces. If masking and distancing cannot be accommodated, then entry to the facility will be denied.
The above requirements do not apply to:
- Supplier personnel who perform exclusively off-site from ATI (other than those working on a covered contract – see FAR 52.223-99)
- Supplier personnel who come on-site to ATI, but do not enter facility buildings beyond security access points (i.e. delivery personnel, groundskeepers, etc.)
For purposes of these requirements, fully vaccinated means
2 weeks have passed since a single-shot vaccine or 2 weeks after the 2nd dose of a 2-shot vaccine has been administered.
Additional facility protocols, such as masking, may be necessary on an as-needed basis regardless of vaccination status.
As additional guidance related to the EO is released, the policy may be updated and additional protocols may be required.
